The Egg Chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen for the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in 1958. The unusually-shaped chair became a synonym for Danish furniture design all around the world.

The Egg Chair has, as its name suggests, a shape that is reminiscent of an egg shell. The high back is bent at the top like the traditional wing chair. Overall, the design of the Chair has a homely feel that invites you to relax.
