Alessi – fruit bowl Mediterraneo, silver, 29 cm

Inspired by the magic of underwater worlds, the jewellery designer Emma Silvestris designed a fairytale fruit bowl with Mediterraneo that gains its attractiveness and appeal from the contrast of soft, delicate forms and hard material.

The plant arms seem to move softly upwards to the water surface. Clearly: The bowl imitates corals, the name Mediterraneo keeps its promises.

With Mediterraneo by Alessi, Emma Silvestris succeeded in creating a form full of lightness out of pressed and stamped steel in 2005. The fruit bowl is available in two sizes ( 21 cm and 29 cm) and in different colours.
