Returns

RETURNS:

We do hope that you are happy with your order, however if you are not satisfied for any reason please return it to us in its original condition and we will refund the full price of your order (excluding delivery cost), providing this is done within 14 days of receiving your order. When returning an item, please package the piece exactly as it was shipped to you so that it is safe for its return journey and send your order by registered first class post, as Saleslickmarket cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item was faulty.
